Every appointment I've had here has been weird, which from the other reviews makes sense cause place is always DEAD. Second appointment made owner was late, had to wait for her to come about 10-15 minutes with no heads up. When she walked in no sorry just said "traffic" or whatever, which idc but at least text a client if you expect the same in return 3rd appointment was just waiting in the lobby until she came out, no hi or greetings ever. Love Liz she is the only person I will let touch my lashes. She is amazing and I recommend her 100%.

So I’m from Miami where lashes are twice as expensive and half the quality. When I moved here to KC I tried a few other places that just were not as accommodating or as reliable as everyone at Lush is. Now I get my lashes done by Liz. She’s extremely hard working and takes the time explain anything you might have questions about. Her work is clean as can be and undeniably some of the best in the city. These girls are absolutely amazing so talented. I’ve looked for a lash studio for a year and a half now and I was so happy when I found lush beauty. I wasn’t sure what lashes I wanted and any questions I had they answered me back so quick and help me pick the perfect set. The owner is so sweet and amazing also the other aestheticians are so talented. Definitely won’t be leaving these girls any time soon
