Not currently open or accepting appointments. Purchased a discounted service on their website. The online tool shows no availability for the next 2 years. Tried calling and was sent to voice-mail and got a follow up text with an email to contact them at. I emailed and asked when they were available to be told they have to move offices and do not know when they will be open again. Upon asking for a refund I still have not heard anything back 4 days later. Contacted my credit card company thankfully.
Recommend this spot for your wax needs! It's never pleasurable so when it's pleasantly tolerable, that's a PLUS!! The Sister knows her stuff; professional and personable at the same time!!!
Visited her after a not so good Glow MedSpa experience - hands down the best wax experience! Minimal pain and she’s got a great professional personality. I’ll be back for sure. Don’t forget to tip her when you go!
