My Name is Ms Faby and I went in this store for the First Time. My Customer Service Experience was Very Exceptional and Kind. Kayla was Attentive and Very Informative in All the Products l had questions about. I will definitely will returning soon.
I don’t think I’ll come here again… I will continue to go to the Ontario Mills one instead. I don’t like how I was being looked at like if I was going to steal and other things as well, I picked up some bad aura the last two times here
The lady with the short bob, glasses, and a heavier build was so rude. I was gonna buy something till I met her, and even now a couple days later I wanna buy something online and all I can think about is her lazy eye and rude remarks. I don't want anyone to lose their job in this economy, but she needs home training or a revamp in customer service because she's just a mean bully. I'm sure I'm not the only one who reconsidered because of her attitude.
Everything I've tried is fabulous. Staff is super helpful and friendly
