I went to lush today looking for the Dream Cream for my eczema. An employee named Devyn helped me find that and some good products for my face and she was absolutely awesome. She was very friendly and knows a lot about the products and how to help you find what you need. She helped make my experience at lush very good and I am grateful to her! I went in today to see if there was anything I could put on my psoriasis flare up, and I was helped by a young man named Sal. He was so sweet and informative and he also let me sample some lotion. He actually rubbed it into the parts of my arms that had psoriasis. I was so impressed and just astonished at how ok he was with it and not grossed out or rude about it like most people are. It honesty got me emotional and it was touching. Give Sal a raise or promotion cause that man knows customer service !!!

It was my second time here and I fell in love from the moment I walked in. The energy in the atmosphere was very welcoming and I got to spent a little time with a worker named Matt and he was very informational and sweet and hilarious. Then I got to speak with skyler and she was amazing as well. Because of them I’ll definitely be returning

Julie gave my boyfriend and me the most educational and fun tour of all that Lush has to offer. It was our first time in Lush and boy did she make us feel comfortable. I can't wait to go back! Thank you Julie, if it wasn't for you my friend and sister wouldn't have received the perfect gifts. I hope I see Julie again when I decide to buy something for myself! I'm honestly just so impressed by her genuine customer service, thank you for brightening my Saturday.
