The closing employee today 5.21.26 was absolutely wonderful. It was the end of the night, they were the only employee and they really gave the best service. Not rushed, and they were happily showing me all the extras. Ended up spending almost $400 and signing up for membership. Its employees like that that really make a business shine. Thank you for hiring such enthusiastic people!
I went in to get a Mother's Day gift for my daughter. As usual, the attendants were super friendly and helpful. This staff is very knowledgeable about the products sold, and we're ver helpful in assisting me with the purchase of a Lavender/Magnesium bar. I love these bars!
went to look around and had the best time!! i have a longtime favorite scent, sleepy/twilight, and Edwin showed me every twilight-scented thing the store carried, and i had a wonderful time chatting with him and Kylie about the store’s selection! I have just, the best experiences with this Lush’s staff every time I go and today was especially memorable! I came for the soap and stayed for the incredible staff 🥹
A man with long hair and a beard helped us and he was great! Very knowledgeable and nice. He was nice to my toddler too, so we came back and bought more because it was such an enjoyable experience!
Recently there with my adult daughter. Billy was an AMAZING customer service rep! He answered all our questions, gave us some samples, and his knowledgeable yet really fun personality made for some laughs and sales for both of us. (...With a line up of what we are already planning to purchase next time!) I've never been compelled to rate this store, but this visit and employee made me want to leave a 5 star review!
