Jenna (Jenah?) is the absolute most amazing person there! I love that the products are all handmade and safe (I still am a little 🤨 about the artificial colors in some of their products tho..) and very effective! Shout out to Will for making mine and my daughter's day today! He is an asset to the company with his passion and knowledge for the products. A+ experience every time I go to this store and I've been in at least 50 times. Thank you for making my daughter feel special and letting her try a sample of the honey lip products. She is a mini Lushie in the making :)
Love coming here staff is always so inviting and helpful. Megan helped me find what I needed for stress hives and eczema which all came to be very helpful and only solutions that help take away everything that was irritated! Thank you so much!
This is my go-to Lush, every time. Every single one of the staff in there is so kind and helpful. They really listen to you and take your needs seriously and provide a plethora of solutions for any questions, concerns, or issues you might have. You can tell that they all really love what they do and they are happy to help you. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the products that Lush offers. Went with my daughter because she tried several products and wanted me to try them. the staff stood around and talked to each other. had questions about a few things and every time we tried to make eye contact to get their attention, they would look away. so the items we did pick out we set down and walked out Will never go back.
Went to the store last night for some new moisturizer and had the BEST experience! My boyfriend is always such a trooper and goes shopping with me, so he’s standing by and Will the sales associate actively engaged him instead of just being like “oh he’s a dude he doesn’t care about this stuff” so right off the bat I know I liked Will. Felt welcomed in store, problem is I was given a sample of a scrub (good part because hey, free stuff!) and it is advertised as a face and body scrub. No it is not. I did not scrub hard, I gently exfoliated my skin and I have a patch of scratches on my face from the sea salt. Never, ever use the Ocean Salt Scrub on your face!! I love lush and its products but come on, man. On the other hand, the sample I got of the mask of magniminty is awesome and I will definitely be ordering a big version.
