If you support the LGBTQ+ community DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! Homophobic staff who handled a conflict extremely badly! They let a customer swear and make homophobic remarks to another customer and let it happen. They did not even ask the man to leave the store but called security on the other guy and in turn supported the homophobic slurs!!
Love this store! The staff was super friendly and the products were displayed beautifully.
I came in a couple weeks ago and noticed the store was unusually hot and the smell was unbearable. I asked an employee about it and they informed me the A/C was out. I quickly purchased some items to get out of there and at home later I noticed the quality had degraded (my bars were melted!!!!) so I went back in to request a return and noticed it was still hot… asked the employees and they said it was out. Delightful employees, BUT MY GOODNESS ITS SO HOT INSIDE THIS LOCATION!! I couldn’t stand to be inside long enough to make my purchase because of how insanely hot it is! I can’t imagine having to work in the heat like that, it’s still hot outside here in Texas so I feel bad for the poor employees. I’ll return as a customer when the temperature goes back to normal.
This review is for the product itself in this post. This hair food smells soooo good and makes my hair soft. I can smell the product throughout the day as well, especially when the went is slightly blowing
