I really really want to like this Lush. And for me, the service was acceptable but the products just did not work for me so I cannot give it a high rating. This is my first time at Lush and my friend raved about the hand treatment and products so I had high expectations, hut I'm sad to say that I'm highly disappointed. I'm a LUSH! – I love LUSH products (especially the winter-only Snowcake soap and the berry scented items- The Comforter Bubble Bar, You Snap The Whip Body Butter and Sweetie Pie shower Jelly). The store specific review: Nice sized store, never too crowded - even during the after X-Mas soap sell-off! The salespeople at this location seem to be slightly less pushy than at Herald Square. So ordering online!! – SO while I do like some of the products from LUSH, I don't like how everytime I go into the store I get attacked and questioned by every employee. Even when I tell them I don't need help, I still get followed and asked questions. I always get a basket handed to me even when I say I'm just looking. The girls are just overly animated there, its like they were trained to be peppy robots. The store is just so small that the scents compete with each other. Worst service ever !!!!! – I was in Lush a few days ago to purchase some new shampoo, and i am not sure on what the womens name was that was helping me, but she had curly blonde hair and she was about 5'1 or so and i felt she was pressuring me to buy more products along the way. The way she came off as way very nasty, rude and greedy.
