Yesterday, I bought a gift for a friend at the store, and I was really pleased with the service. An employee named Mel was incredibly kind and helpful, and she even wrapped the gift beautifully. Thanks to her, I had a great experience, and I’d love to visit again.

Imani was absolutely amazing associate that helped us with my first ever trip to Lush!!! We got the full experience and got bubble bars and bath bombs we love, highly recommend this place!

I usually enjoy my experience in lush but today was really weird. The workers were passive aggressive and nasty . Very very off . I may never go back based off my experience today .

I brought my 9 year old son to Roosevelt field mall a little bit before Christmas. He was shopping for his family (myself included) he knew he wanted to go into lush for me as I love the store, baths and self care and asked me to help him find an associate to help him then wait outside. We waited for a few minutes and were told by a few they were unavailable to help and then came across Nic. She was smiley and happy to help my boy as he explained his $75 budget. Mia!!!!!! was the sweetest employee ive ever met. they were so knowledgeable about the products, gave great recommendations and even made my toddler have the greatest experience in a store. 10/10 employee! can’t wait to go back haha
