Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve gone through, he was completely unprofessional and work was subpar at best. I’m a full time wheelchair user and asked to have a sliding door put in that I could get in and out of easier than what was currently there. What I got was not usable and worse than what I started with. On top of that I was told it was my fault for not educating him on ADA guidelines.
