have just purchased my new car, this was made quite an enjoyable experience by Andy Jordan, who helped from the beginning with any questions and queries. Thank you very much, love my new car and can’t wait to get going with it.
We have purchased 2 cars from Luscombes over the last couple of years, both Suzuki Swifts, Philip Jordan was great both times overall explained how the Tier 1 discount scheme worked and worked with us to get the cars sorted only slight down side was trade in prices were not ideal so we sorted ourselves out with that. Just been to get the car serviced today and a really decent experience, found and removed a screw from a tyre which I hadn't spotted fortunately no puncture so very observant technician.

From looking at cars to driving away Graeme was so good at his job from showing me around to a test drive he was so professional and polite. Any questions I had he was able to answer them so thank you Graeme for helping us buy our car from Luscombe
I had a really positive experience with Levita at Luscombe Suzuki. She was approachable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. What stood out most was how well she kept in touch and how clearly she explained everything, especially around finance options. She made something that can feel complicated much easier to understand.
