Tina was so good at what she did, but it’s a shame that she was unable to communicate effectively with her clients as to the status of her business. After waiting for a new location, then a postponement due to illness, I was more than happy to support a local business, only to be ghosted after the announcement that the business was going mobile. I thought I’d finally found my new go to waxing, but I guess I have to recommence my search.
Have been trying to book an appointment with a voucher for the past 9 weeks via phone, email AND messenger without success. Disgraceful service.
I was given a gift voucher for Christmas for a massage and the place seems to have closed down how do I contact somebody from this business because every time I try ringing the mobile number the storage is full And there’s no way of leaving a voice message and there is no other contact details either I would like my hundred dollars back or I would like a massage that I was meant to be receiving.
Normally I only have nice things to say about this boutique spa, until today. I made a booking for an eye and lash package to be done today because I fly to Bali tomorrow. I made this booking last week. I received an email last night confirming my booking, however this morning I received a text message (the day of my booking) saying that they have cancelled my appointment today and will need to reschedule it when their other store opens. What a joke! I will be seeking a refund, you have lost my business.
Every visit to luscious has been wonderful, the ladies have listened and reviewed by booking form and I've always left feeling very relaxed.
