Lusa Construction Great Company Manny is a knowledgeable skilled construction pro. He is a man of his word and builds a great house or commercial building. He s the best builder around . These other reviews are total nonsense, he stands behind his product. I am a real estate professional and Manny has built multiple houses for me. Horrible company!!! I bought a house from Coccia Realty in Kearny NJ and Lusa Construction was the company in charge of building my home. The first couple of months and years I contacted them several times about issues with a/c unit, wooden floors, windows, concrete, and many more. They came in once only took care of a fraction of the things showing problems and left to never come back. The few things fixed the one time actually looks horrible and was not done properly.
