I couldn't even make an appointment because they disconnected me twice while I was trying to call. I expected it to go to answering machine or voice mail. Nope, just disconnected me. Very unprofessional.
Trash. Husband goes there all the time so he talked to me into going with him one night (as I was in alot of pain) called and made a reservation and told them there would be two of us and was very clear. When we got there we first heard the lady yelling and fighting with someone on the phone for the first 15 minutes then she finally comes in and says that my massage therapist will be there in 5 to 10 minutes.
