Can't follow simple instructions or do a simple fade had to ask them to shave my head bald it was so bad, dont waste your money

First time in today and wasn’t impressed. My 11 year old wanted a taper fade but wanted to keep the top long and nothing cut in the front. He’s edged up on one side and not the other. We ended up leaving with a totally different haircut from what originally asked and my son was nicked from the clippers behind his ear. I didn’t notice until we got in the car and my son said it hurt when they were cutting. Now he’s upset and embarrassed to go to school.
