Amazing service great conversation and excellent haircut
My 12 year old son had his 2nd haircut, a high fade with Cassie. What an excellent cut and style!!! She took the time to cut and style, while talking with him and making us all feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Lu's and please schedule with Cassie!
The haircuts are fine but they don’t know how to honor appointments. Today is the 2nd time that I’ve had to leave without getting a haircut at this Lu’s. My appointment was for 4 o’clock. It was coming up close to 4:30 with no sign that I was going to be helped soon. I had a 5:15 appointment somewhere else and would not make it if I continued to wait. I told them that I had to cancel my appointment as I had somewhere else to be and no one seemed to really care. I guess this place doesn’t need or want my business. What a wast... read more
