I setup an appointment with Kim few months back and had fantastic service, she did an hot towel head shave. The staff was friendly and the place was well maintained.

If I could give 0 star I would.My husband and my son got haircuts today. Zay gave my son the worst haircut I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s uneven, chopped up, and looks like it was done blindfolded. My husband as well very horrible haircut. A picture was shown to him, and my kid has a lot of hair he came home looking like he just came out of prison. I am so angry at this, if you can't not do it just say it.
Chris did s great job. He stepped up and took my son since the person he was scheduled with couldn't come in. I appreciate him being detailed and fitting him in. We honestly may make the switch. Great job.
