I’ve known Jose and Diego for about 6 years now. Over the years, I’ve asked them to make special custom jewelry for me. Both of them have been attentive and have been great with their completion timeline. If any issues or questions arise, they are always open to work with the customers. I’ve purchased many things including an engagement ring, earrings, a necklace, and get my watch batteries swapped out from Lu’Ro. Best jeweler in town, hands down! Jose and Diego are both super transparent, knowledgeable, helpful and never pressure you into anything. Strongly recommend!
