Great customer service. I get all my watches adjusted here. They've even fixed one of my watches that disassembled when I dropped it. Truly know what they are doing. Their jewelry is also amazing and good quality.
Diego & Jose are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me from start to finish with my fiancé’s engagement ring and it came out great!

Lu’Ro jewelers have been fantastic! I had a custom silver ring (a favorite) that I had lost the stone out of several times. They suggested some minor alterations and a different stone and they did the work. It has held up wonderfully. Very good advice. They have also repaired a different ring which was mangled in a scooter accident. I thought it was gone forever, but now it sits proudly on my finger. Excellent workmanship and service.
