Great people and service!
The inventory at this store is top notch, and the customer service is beyond excellent. I brought in an item for repair, and had to return when I neglected to bring an additional item to be included. The gentleman who helped me was kind, considerate, understanding and helpful. That was so appreciated, and their repair is always exceptional. The service provided is the key to return customers, and I know I would go nowhere else. How fortunate that Davis residents can enjoy premier jewelry selections and repair service.
Do not I repeat , do not go to this place to sell any sort of gold scrap. They know they're getting over on people , I've actually went there two different times like an idiot , and got taken advantage of. Today , I called wanting to sell over 18 grams 14k gold over $1800 spot value and they offered $900. Go anywhere else and get at least 70-80% sad sad and gready.

I went in today to get help with a tangled necklace. The chain is super thin & I have broken it many times so I decided to go in today to see if they could help. Not even kidding it took 5 minutes, he helped with a big tangle & saw there was a smaller one by the clasp and fixed that one as well. After he gave me a small bag & shown me how to prevent the tangles. I’m very grateful for the quick help and will return if I have any other problems.
