Came to see Lemke, ortho, but the curly haired front desk woman was so rude that my jaw dropped open. Please replace her. Then the assistant to the doctor came out to ask about imaging and behaved even more unhinged. I don’t know if they are overworked (waiting room was empty) or just need a career change but I declined the appointment and rescheduled with our preferred location (northbrook).
We had a wonderful experience with Dr Laura and Gretchen, among others, today. They were kind and welcoming. They listened to my concerns and were great with my 21 month old. I hope we don't have many more broken bones with our kids- but if so- I will definitely be returning here!

Avoid this location. Doctor is fine but the front office staff is not having details insurance coverage and miscommunication. I took my kid to the doctor for second opinion regarding leg pains. Doctor told us everything looks normal but suggested labs and radiology test, if wanted to. When I checked at the front office, about my insurance covers for the tests, they said yes. And also the staff suggested within the building they have labs and we went for it. But after the visits the bills keep coming and we ended up paying fo... read more
