Just moved into our new house and we had no heating or hot water. Called Dean who tried to give us instructions to reset the system over the phone. This didn’t work so he went out of his way to call round. Thank god he did, a cable had perished and needed replacing urgently. Now have heating again! Amazing service and would highly recommend
Contacted Dean yesterday, he arranged my tank cleaning immediately, then came today to replace my water damaged pump and get my heating back on. Absolutely first class and extremely prompt service. Thank you very much Dean Alan Doak
Great service. We ran out of oil and boiler wouldn't start after tank was refilled. Phone this business and I was talked through how to reset the boiler. Things were up and running in about 10miins. Super! Will be using this business again.
