My daughter and I both got our navel pierced and I will say Ralph is awesome. Very patient and I would recommend him to anyone to get their piercing done by him. He made my daughter very comfortable with her first professional piercing and they are both healing great.
I’ve gotten my nose and belly button done here and had no problems but this last time I went in, they wasn’t so nice and had a bad attitude with me. Still recommend because for all I know they could’ve had a bad day. Not sure. But still love my piercings thank you 😊

they could improve there appt time. could be less rude. was 4 minutes late and was told i couldn't get my perceing. even when they dont have other people to do
SUPER friendly and helpful staff. Only place I will ever go for my piercing needs. Very clean facility and they make you feel so comfortable. I also love that you can schedule an appt online for piercing, it was such a smooth process! Got right in and back super quick as well. 10/10- highly recommend to everyone!
I really wanna give a big shout out to Ralph and Amy ... I had some difficulty with my Monroe piercing. And with quite a bit of time on both of their parts, and a whole bunch of patience, they came up with a solution, and I walked out extremely happy. The most professional/cleanest place in the area. Ralph has done all my facial piercings and he’s super friendly and professional. 😊
Very friendly with you, very clean shop and do excellent work. I've had 2 piercings done and my mom has had 2 tats done here.
