RecommendedThank goodness for Randy and Luray Import! While driving on the Skyline Drive, the oil light came on in our ‘02 Eurovan Camper. Fortunately we were only 30 miles from Luray, and coasted into town to find the shop open and able to take us in. They ordered the part we needed and got us going again early the next morning. Thank goodness our trip was saved!
Can't say enough good things about Randy and Luray Import Service. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He keeps you informed on everything he is doing and provides very details notes of all work done and any issues that may need to be addressed in the future. I will not be going anywhere else but Luray Import Service from now on!
Randy performed wonders on my 2003 500SL Mercedes
Excellent place! Randy kept my husband informed on everything going on while working on our BMW. Very nice people that take the time to explain things instead of leaving you guessing what was even worked on. So glad there is such a trustworthy place to take our car within 20 minutes of our home.
Luray Imports is fantastic! I had my BMW serviced here after having an "engine malfunction" and debating whether to have it towed to the dealer or having it fixed locally.... I'm so glad I gave Randy at Luray Imports a call! He is very knowledgable, efficient, and more than fairly priced! He gave me a detailed prognosis and offered an equally thorough plan for fixing it! I will be having all my maintenance, routine or otherwise, done at Luray Imports! Thanks again you guys are great!
We are extremely fortunate to have this facility in or area. It's not often for me to be able to recommend a shop so enthusiastically!
