I needed a new e-file so started doing research. After a couple weeks I narrowed my choices down between 2 files. I am so glad I choose the Luraco e-file. I have yet to be disappointed in my purchase from you. My Luraco is great, has long lasting battery, portable, rechargeable, powerful and very good looking too, what more could I ask for.
Great and trusted company. My Nail Drill was dropped, the drill bit stuck and stopped working. Luraco fixed it and returned within few days. They also called me, emailed me for the case information. I had same problem with previous manufacture but it took 3 weeks to fix it. I was out of tool for 3 weeks, plus I had to call them to follow up on my case. Excellent customer service, Luraco!
I would gave luraco zero star if i could. I owned a salon in Minnesota and purchased 12 pedicure chairs from Luraco. Before the purchased they promised a full 12 month warranty and they would take care of me within that period. After about 7 months the pedicures jet starting to fail. I have returned 6 pedicure jet back to the manufacture and instead of replacing them as promised. they starting to play the blame game and charging for the repair and they blame that it was my fault (the end user) negligent therefore they will n... read more
