Been a client since 2014… that should say it all. Walked in with awful hair from previous hairdresser literally scared for Lupita to takeover. But!!!! She did, and boy was I impressed from day one. I absolutely would recommend Lupita Pros she will tell you absolutely the truth about what is wrong with your hair/how she can help you in transition to get to the color you want in a healthy manner. I’m not sure why people are giving bad reviews to an honest and professional Hairstylist. She have work on my hair for 22 years, I will never let anyone else touch my hair. She does an amazing job, if she doesn’t have appointment available is because all her clients make appointments with enough time. I had waited 3-4 months if I have to, that tells you she does a wonderful job, she is the best in the city of Wilmington ♀️ I will Hardly recommend her.
