Lupita and her team were such a blessing for us. Our family was in haul a$$ mode trying to pack up and move and get our house listed with a real estate agent. Not only was she flexible to meet right away for a quote but next day service! The level of effort and quality of her work was amazing. The house sparkled like new and was so fresh and clean. Do not do business with this company!! The owner is not professional, very argumentative, and scams you to pay her via Zelle multiple times, alleging she did not receive it after my bank verified both transactions cleared. The cleaning is poor quality and if you bring your concerns to her attention, she will not take accountability and refuses to make things right. I highly recommend Twin Sisters Cleaning!
I scheduled a cleaning. The crew showed up and did a great job. I tried to schedule another appointment and never heard from them again. I wanted to give 5 stars but the ghosting reduced it. If the crew could not come out to my location that is understandable but a text message response would be appropriate.
So unprofessional.
