The customer service here was absolutely amazing, but unfortunately, the food was a massive disappointment. I ordered the chickpeas curry and rice, but it had almost no rice at all, it was about 95% chickpea curry and maybe 5% rice. Because of this terrible ratio, it felt like eating a bowl of heavy, one-note soup rather than a proper meal. The staff were wonderful, but the dish itself was poorly balanced and definitely not worth ordering.
We visited Lupins Café at Grouse Mountain on July 31st at around 7:30 p.m. and ordered several items, including the honey hot chicken sandwich. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating. It took approximately 20 minutes for our food to be prepared, and we had to stand around waiting the entire time. Once the order was finally ready, it took another 12 to 15 minutes just to pay. Took 35 minutes to get a sysco chicken burger will not be coming back
They offer a nice vegan option (Chickpea Curry and Rice) for a decent price
Was absolutely not impressed. I ordered the chickpea and rice. I paid full price but they were essentially out of the chickpea, the guy scraped what was left and only got a half filled bowl of chickpeas. Heck one of the grouse mountain workers beside me had to even wait 20 minutes for his burger on a 30 minute lunch break! My wife ordered a hot dog and it was cold!
