Lacks in correspondence of Dibrugarh Lupin diagnostic lab
Very disappointing experience. The staff did two extra tests which I never asked for, even though I clearly mentioned I had already done those before. The person was busy on a phone call while I was explaining, and because of this they missed one important test I had specifically requested. To make things worse, they are refusing to refund the money for the tests I did not authorize. Highly unprofessional and careless service . I would not recommend this diagnostic centre.
