Disappointing and painful experience. We visited this diagnostic center for routine blood tests, and the person assigned to draw blood for my husband was clearly very junior and untrained. He struggled to find a vein, attempted to inject multiple times (2–3 punctures), and blamed it on “not drinking enough water” instead of acknowledging his lack of skill.
