Collection process was good and convenient
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at Lupin Diagnostics Centre. The overall experience has been highly unsatisfactory, particularly with regard to the lack of timely and effective communication. Despite my attempts to follow up, there has been a noticeable delay and inadequate response to my queries, which is not expected from a professional diagnostic centre. Good service, had a pleasant experience
Very bad experience, Blood sample collected at home but unable to provide reports.. Reason was blood clotting during sending to pathology lab, fault is clearly from Lupin team and not from us. Instead of refund the money,they simply denied that one. I will not recommend anyone to go and waste their money. Not deserve even one Star
