**⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)** Absolutely pathetic experience with Lupin Lab, Pimple Saudagar. Booked a **home blood collection** for an elderly patient who had been fasting for **12 hours**. Despite making multiple phone calls, no one answered. By sheer luck, someone finally picked up, gave assurances about the collection time, and then disappeared again.
