WARNING Brought my Kia Sportage 2021 in for the kia zinc-sleeve recall (looks like technician Song Xiong worked on it) After getting my car back my car is now locking and unlocking when the car is in park, When I turn off the car the Info Display unit is not turning off either and my car stopped honking when locking the car. I had taken my van into this dealership before and ha no issues, but this last time, I had a terrible experience. They had my car for four days (over a holiday weekend) with no communication, despite me sending multiple messages to the technicians. The manager never called me back when he said he was going to, I always had to call him again to get a response.
