Six months ago, I leased a new vehicle from a different Kia dealership in town. It suddenly showed two warning signals that - per Kia - suggested I should immediately have it towed to a dealership. I called the dealer I had bought it from and was told that they didn’t have any openings for the next 8 days. Despite all of the negative reviews. I have had the complete opposite of that. I have had my car in there 4 times now. Each time they have been very courteous and keep you informed. And I have to say for a dealership getting my oil changed there. Has been one of the quickest and also very competitive price-wise. Also complimentary coffee and water.
