I had taken my van into this dealership before and ha no issues, but this last time, I had a terrible experience. They had my car for four days (over a holiday weekend) with no communication, despite me sending multiple messages to the technicians. The manager never called me back when he said he was going to, I always had to call him again to get a response. Six months ago, I leased a new vehicle from a different Kia dealership in town. It suddenly showed two warning signals that - per Kia - suggested I should immediately have it towed to a dealership. I called the dealer I had bought it from and was told that they didn’t have any openings for the next 8 days.
