Was very excited to sign up for lupfer as they advertised that while prices are high they are very communicative and diligent. Couldn’t be further from the truth. It took 2 months of my chasing them to even get an estimate for a landscape design, and further they damaged my lawn because of the teams sloppiness during their routine maintenance and could barely provide an apology and just said “sorry let’s give it time” without any follow up or action . Gretchen scheduled an appointment with me for September 2nd, but no time was ever given. Six days passed with no update or follow-up. When I finally heard back, the response felt dismissive and focused on personal issues instead of professionalism. I even have the email she sent from her mobile phone to confirm this. Very disappointing experience and a waste of my time If the Shedd Aquarium called today, I’m sure you’d be on it like flies on pizza. But when it’s me? Silence.
We were referred to them but ended up using another landscaping company just due to lack of response. We had a great initial consultation but had to wait nearly a month and a half to even get a quote/proposal that we didn't even end up receiving (after being given unrealistic timelines). Although they may do great work (wouldn't know), they don't seem to want our money and do seem to need some operational help.
Loudest sloppiness ive ever seen - they made a bigger mess than was there when they disrespect rules and neighbors with blowing most leaves into the intersection - hire some one else that your neighbors will like not these mess makers
The team at Lupfer Landscaping has been working on our yard for almost 15 years - transforming it from a boring new-construction yard to to a beautiful, thriving landscape that complements the style of our home. They always come with great suggestions, are timely, efficient and keep our yard looking great. I am always excited for the days that the Lupfer Landscaping truck pulls up! We get so many complements on our back yard when we entertain and we have the Lupfer Landscaping team to thank!
