Love lupes, I have been going there for 10Yrs; before that I went to there old location. They are the only stylists that I let touch my hair.

Anel we appreciate our customers very much. We apologize for the wait. Unfortunately my mother was working alone in the salon and as it was a typical busy Saturday she was focused on the client who's hair she was cutting. As a hair stylist it is difficult to keep track of who is coming in once the salon is filled. Especially when the hair stylist is their alone. Waited patiently for two hours for a cut and when I was finally next, a woman and her child claimed they were next in line. Lupe knew this was not true and took them any way. I got up, told her I was next but I was not getting anything done. Very disappointed in her service. Not worth the wait for a regular haircut. Never returning and keeping my friends and family away as well.
