I had a unit here for 4 years and they upped the price multiple times. I hardly went to check the unit due to moving far but when we moved our stuff out there was rat droppings on EVERYTHING. The units share a roof so roaches/vermin could just travel from a couple units down to yours. My rug I had was ruined by rat pee and they ate up my dining room chair legs and built a nest with my wrapping paper in the Christmas tree box;amongst other stuff.
