The people are rude and they don't give you much leeway if you are late paying... Be prepared to have your storage locked by then and then Auctioned out to the highest bidder..... Smh
Sharman is definitely an asset to the company. She goes the extra step to help out a customer. The first unit I rented she noticed that water was getting in it before I moved anything in it. So she transferred me to another unit. The second day I had the unit I noticed that water was getting in it also. Luckily I had only put a few things in it. She transferred me to the 3rd unit, apologizing the whole time. She can definitely handle emergencies like that. She is friendly and helpful while being professional. Good job Sharma... read more
