Tonight was my birthday, so to celebrate we went to Lupe Tortilla, I have been many many many times to the location by the Domain, but this is the first time we have been to this location in Cedar Park. I added us to the waiting list online as it was Saturday and I knew it would be busy. The text confirmation said it would be a 25-30 minute wait. 2026/02/27 update. The flour tortillas are back to being absolutely soft and pliable as if you're holding a piece of fabric. Delicious. Service was excellent. And the food was great. 2025/12 update. The food wasn't as good as usual. The beans have changed and the flour tortillas, that were my favorite of all restaurants, we're dried and crispy on all the edges.
