I visited this restaurant over the weekend, and while I hoped my experience was just a one-off incident, reading other reviews suggests this is a persistent issue. If management knows that weekends are their busiest times, they absolutely need to better organize and staff the floor. We sat at the bar, and it took nearly 35 minutes just to order our drinks. Food was alright but it took approximately an hour for the food to be served. We were ready to cancel and head out.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service at the Lupe Tortilla on Highway 6 in Missouri City. I had to wait over 45 minutes for service at the bar. While I understand that restaurants can get busy, it is the establishment's responsibility to ensure there is sufficient staff to cover both the bar and general table service. To make matters worse, the server I dealt with was not friendly at all.
