The food is not bad. The service leaves something to be desired. Staff (Alyssa) and manager (Ryan) avoid engaging/communicating with customers. We waited 20 minutes extra for a to-go order (aftet the 30 minute quoted pick up time) and they never said a word. It became clear there was a backlog in the kitchen, and rather than tell us it would be 20 more minutes, the staff and manager just avoided talking to us. We would have bought a drink at the bar if they'd just said something. Customer service 101.
Best Mexican restaurant!!
Quite possibly the most disrespectful service I’ve received in my entire life. I had a very important meeting with a customer and all I did was order a meal for four people a pound and a half of chicken and beef and an individual lunch order. I waited over an hour at a table working and I checked in numerous times. Never in my life have I waited an hour for a takeout order for just a few people. We never got to eat. Our group of 20 retirees had let them know well in advance we were coming. They even called back and asked if it would be individual tabs and we said yes and they responded no problem. We arrived at 11:00 today and tables has not been set up for us. No problem we would just sit near each other and we're then informed they would not do separate tabs and we're very rude about it. They probably lost out on an easy 7 or 8 hundred dollars.
