I'd give zero stars if I could. I called 3 months before my due date to set up my kids information and to start a plan for his first appointment. I received the new patient package, completed and sent it back within a few days. Barely 24 hours after birth, I called and tried setting up my son's first appointment. They stated it was impossible for us to have received a new patient package. They gave us the run around. Telling us they can't see him until his insurance is approved. One of the worst doctors and experience I could've had. I felt like I was being interrogated during my appointment. The doctor wasn't kind to me, wasted my time and money on the experience. Didn't even get my petscription that I needed. Instead she told me I need to go see a shrink before coming to see her, which no doctor has told me before. I left the facility in tears because she was that mean. 0/10 dont recommend.
