Disappointing customer service from a completely incompetent front desk person.
I have been to many dentist and had extensive work done on my mouth, my teeth, and I must say, Peter is wonderful, extraordinary, gentle unbelievable me and my husband just love him. If you’re scared to go to the dentist, you don’t have to be scared to go to this one👍💕💕💕💕💕💕💕😊😊😊💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
Perhaps THE best dentist I have EVER been to. I have friends who travel from Chico and Susanville to see him - and they also believe, as do I, that Peter is THE most gentle, THE most compassionate, THE most knowledgeable dentist they have ever seen. We - my friends and I - have been patients of Peter for over 20 years, and are in agreement that he IS the finest dentist we have ever been to. We have NEVER waited, and have NEVER been disappointed in, with, or under his care.
I've been going to Dr Peter Luong for the last 2 years and have had a wonderful experience: excellent hands-on care, quick service (no waits!), and he and his staff are as friendly as it gets. I referred my partner, who is very picky about who takes care of her teeth, and she also feels great about her care from Dr Luong. 5 star dentist trained in San Francisco, = a true gift to our small town.
