Dr. Luo was very patient and informative. Answered all my questions. The visit went very well.
If I could leave negative stars, I would... I can't speak on the doctor, because I never got the opportunity to meet with him. Had to wait 11 weeks for a nerve test appointment, but then I lost the address; when I called, the office manager and appointment scheduler were completely unprofessional/rude, with not 1oz of empathy for ANYTHING. LIKE, PLEASE STOP ACTING LIKE YOUR TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN EVERYBODY ELSE. I WAS NOT ASKING TO MEET W/THE KING?... Said I would have to reschedule my appointment? I never even got an appt. The lady on the phone, who I will not name, was very rude and said “I will not talk to you unless your fax has come through my machine.” Terrible attitude. I highly recommend anyplace else before you speak with her and her lack of common human decency.
The worst business and doctor I have ever been to.
