Had a massage in the chair. 9/26. I instructed to please be careful of my back from an injury. The worker told the woman who was giving me a massage about it. During the massage, she smacked my back so hard. now I’m in a lot of pain all over again. Will not be returning.
Worst massage experience ever, and I barely even got a massage. This happened 2 years ago but I still remember it vividly. I confirmed through phone that they had availability for a massage, showed up, got a room ASAP, and laid down. This is where the nightmare started.
