Do not use! I recently used Lunspro for a home inspection. The inspector provided a lengthy report but completely failed to accurately assess severe structural hazards. Using the deck as an example, the inspector categorized the issues as "Marginal Defects." Over the phone, he explicitly told me, "everything looks good, just some non-code compliant issues that are grandfathered in."
