Staff was very friendly and supplied us with a door, exactly that we needed. Gary took the time to talk to me about our exact application picked up the door the same day.

The services in the office is really slow and unprofessional, I spend $13000 in doors and frames and I was needing exchange the hand of the door, it took them 50 min do the exchange, at the end they was charging me $70 for a “restock charges”. I never seen a “restock charge” in a company before and they didn’t even give me a ticket for that charge. Being honest they win $70 but they lost a potential client.
