The services in the office is really slow and unprofessional, I spend $13000 in doors and frames and I was needing exchange the hand of the door, it took them 50 min do the exchange, at the end they was charging me $70 for a “restock charges”. I never seen a “restock charge” in a company before and they didn’t even give me a ticket for that charge. Being honest they win $70 but they lost a potential client.
