It was okay, kind of dim... would put 5 stars but the pool table wasn't on, other than that the food needed more food in it for the prices.
We went into the bar asked for 2 lemon water and was told it was $4 dollars. We were playing VLTs, not drinking any alcohol. We didn't ask for bottled water. The owner came out yelling upset and said you can leave 3 other women playing VLTS witnessed this. They were apologetic. I asked the owner why are you so offended? Dont you want the money we are going to spend in here? His wife had to calm him down literally move him away from us. Quaint little bar with friendly patrons.
The owners are so kind and provide great and friendly service. When it comes to poutine, this place is like a hidden gem right here in Canora. The wings (Wednesday wing night), spring rolls, dry ribs, etc. (Everything I have tried here) has all been great too.
