Why are you scheduling 10 people at the same hour do you not understand how time works my appointment was at nine all they hurried to do was have me pay now its 9:53 I even got here 15 minutes early think this is my last visit
Doctor was very nice and helpful. I agree that the front desk staff was somewhat abrasive. If it wasn't for Dr. Holden, I would not probably return. But he is awesome so just ignore the front desk people.
My Mom is a patient here. She has Alzheimer's and apasia. Katy, the lady who does the breathing test, is one of the rudest people I've encountered. She has been so rude on several occasions. I tried telling her that she needed to give my mom instructions as she goes for her breathing test. She got offensive and very rude I got up and Left the room. Then after the test she placed the blame of her computer locking her out on us. This isn't the first time she's been rude it's every time.
