Doctors are great they listen and are very kind. The staff is horrible , unprofessional, and rude specially (robin the manager). She needs to get fired ASAP!. That Office would have been great if there was different staff. Staff who actually cares about their work and their patients. Patients satisfacción should be a priority and this is not the place
I’ve been a patient of Dr Faisal since 2018 when I had double pneumonia. I still see him about every three months because of ongoing issues.He has been such a caring doctor always willing to help and to listen and refer if needed to another physican. His staff are loyal workers who always help with my needs.
Dr. Faisel has seen me through many pneumonia and pulmonary related episodes, always in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner. During office visits he is thorough and personable, and he listens to me, plus answers all my questions completely. His office staff is understanding and very professional and they assure that Dr. Faisel gets my messages and/or sees that I get in to see him if I'm sick. It means SO much to me to be able to count on this doctor and his staff when I need them, and I appreciate that.
I am always greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation. Dr. Faisal is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. Highly recommend.
This office has a great and caring staff! The doctors there are very professional and knowledgeable.
