Due to road construction on the way to my appt. I was 10 minutes late. Policy is cancel and reschedule but I was the only one at the clinic and I could wait. Nope they said I had to come back next month. Now I don't think I have ever been in to see any doctor on the time they tell you.
Dr Menashe is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He was thorough in his evaluation and answered all my questions and concerns. The office staff was courteous and efficient. Evelyn, the medical assistant, was delightful. I would recommend Dr Menashe and staff without reservation. Thank you!
