Saw Dr once. After that only NP, no Dr available ant practice. Inaccurate diagnoses on portal, slow communication with diagnosis. Overall unacceptable care.
Never had any problems. Staff is always polite. Been having issues with my stupid insurance for my prescriptions and the office was able to give me a sample to hold me over until all is worked out. Very accommodating to patients needs and concerns. Thank you.
Each appointment I ended up sitting in one of the examination rooms alone anywhere between 30 min to an hour. Had an over the phone appointment that I was never contacted for and no answer when I tried to call, Later I'm labeled a no show and expected to pay a ridiculous fee.
they are not expert, they are a bad joke
I would first like to say the Doctors are amazing, very knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff however, are entitled, rude and I have had 2 incidents with different personnel.. I do not recommend if you are in desperate need of assistance..
