Just received a bill for appointment dated May 2024. My last appointment was via phone (unscheduled) approximately August of 2023. Not sure what's going on here.

Saw Dr once. After that only NP, no Dr available at practice. Inaccurate diagnoses on portal, slow communication with diagnosis. Overall unacceptable care.

Never had any problems. Staff is always polite. Been having issues with my stupid insurance for my prescriptions and the office was able to give me a sample to hold me over until all is worked out. Very accommodating to patients needs and concerns. Thank you.
