I have had a wonderful experience with Lung and Sleep Victoria. The assistance initially on the phone when booking the appointment was thoughtful and kind, suggesting an appropriate Dr for my daughter who has had a challenging time with the medical world. Dr Ying Sun (Sunny) was perfect. Kind, gentle, inquisitive and professional. As a mum, I felt my child was in a safe, environment, and my daughter felt safe, seen, and heard. I am so grateful for the care taken by the entire team in this process. 🙏

This review is long overdue, but I’m very appreciative of the support I received from Professor Glen Westall in helping me successfully get diagnosed with sleep apnoea. He is highly professional and provides clear, expert advice when explaining results, which made the entire process much easier to understand and navigate. Dr Frenkl and the team at Lung and Sleep Victoria have gone above and beyond what I would expect of any other specialist team when caring for my godmother. They have listened, gotten to the bottom of symptoms and recently ensured that she got all the information necessary to board a flight for a special trip she had taken. The office staff are lovelyband Dr Frankl is so kind and knowledgeable. Do yourself a favour and get a referral to this team if you need lung and sleep specialists.
