Warning avoid dr tran at all costs. I was referred buy my doctor due to sleep problems from an operation I was sent to footscray hospital to do an over night sleep study and was advised I needed to get a cpap machine after numerous appointments with doctor tran I told him my sleep was worse off wearing the machine and I could not sleep wearing it as it felt like someone was holding there hand over my mouth and I could not breath. I've been seeing Dr Tran for many years now, caring and knows more about me than I thought I did, consultation are personal and professional and his knowledge about sleep disorders is vast.

I went to LSV for a sleep study, took over a month. I got my results but was not given a follow up to discuss them and what’s required. I made an appointment, I then received a letter saying I need to make an appointment. I called them the next day and was told not to worry I have an appointment coming up. The day of, I was not contacted by staff or the doctor. I have since given up on seeking assistance from LSV. This rating is not for my specialist he has been really lovely, HOWEVER the rude, curt, passive aggressive reception staff I could really do without. You aren't a budget practice so spend some of that money on better quality friendly, helpful, welcoming staff members because currently it's appalling how they speak to you and shut you down. At the very least some customer service training would be good (this is not for the sleep study reception and nurse they were lovely)

If I could give zero stars about the overnight sleep study I did here, I would. The male staff member walked into the room, without knocking, every hour during the night for "loose wires". After being scared awake twice (1am and 2am), I was awake for 2 hours (where he came in again and again). Instead of the 7am discharge, he entered the room again at 5 45 to wake me and remove the machines. Then stood over me as I filled in the "satisfaction" survey.
