⭐☆☆☆☆ Très déçue de mon expérience chez New Lock. J’avais un rendez-vous ce matin à 11h15, et en arrivant, il n’y avait aucun service : aucun optométriste sur place, personne à l’accueil, aucune explication. J’ai attendu 15 minutes, mais personne n’est venu me voir ou m’informer. Aucun appel, aucune communication. J’ai finalement dû partir, car il n’y avait tout simplement personne pour me servir. Très mauvaise organisation et manque de professionnalisme.

Unfortunately very rude custommer service. I called them and they redirect me to an eyeclinic. She said the number super fast while I didn’t have anything to write… kept saying the number while I was searching for something to write… and seemed very impatient when I asked her to repeat the number than hung up on me… not the first time it happens with them

From when I first walked in to New Look it was a comfortable experience! They were extremely helpful. It was a fast turnaround from selecting my glasses to receiving them. When I arrived to pick them up (2 for 1) I was assisted patiently and caring that I was happy with my purchase… I have to say that this was absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had getting glasses and 100% satisfaction with both the cost and the look!
