Long time a go I use coming to this new look at-Dorothée branch, for my eye exam. But the saff here are racism at my nationality. I don’t want comme to this branch anymore, if anyone come to this branch I suggest preparing your cell phone to record as proof the racism behaviour of the staff !
⭐☆☆☆☆ Très déçue de mon expérience chez New Lock. J’avais un rendez-vous ce matin à 11h15, et en arrivant, il n’y avait aucun service : aucun optométriste sur place, personne à l’accueil, aucune explication. J’ai attendu 15 minutes, mais personne n’est venu me voir ou m’informer. Aucun appel, aucune communication. J’ai finalement dû partir, car il n’y avait tout simplement personne pour me servir. Très mauvaise organisation et manque de professionnalisme.
Toujours un excellent service! Le personnel est courtois, respectueux et très professionnel! Merci chaleureusement à toute l’équipe et plus particulièrement au Dr Assio et Lina
