I called in several times and told them that I was really uncomfortable wearing contact lenses know for dryness and headaches (lost my glasses 2 weeks ago) and they said they are going to put some priority but when I called in the person who receive the phone did not even let me finish my sentence and cut me cold saying that I should just wait

I had a very disappointing experience at New Look. Their customer service is honestly terrible. The staff seems disorganized and unable to communicate even the most basic information. No one mentioned that they didn’t have an optician available, which completely wasted my time. On top of that, the lady working there was extremely rude, unhelpful, and had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in. For a place that’s supposed to be professional, this was unacceptable. I had made an appointment to complete some paperwork and was told over the phone that I would only need to pay for the eye test. However, when I arrived, I was informed that there would be an additional charge for filling out the document. Although I was frustrated, I decided to proceed with the eye test. After the test, the optometrist told me the cost would be $30. The technicien and optometrist were excellent and very reassuring, however the secretary that greeted me was highly unprofessional and moody. She ruined my experience and made me late by 20 minutes while trying to cut corners because she wanted to go home. All the while she was very helpful to the one patient who was not only an hour late but also took over my time slot. When confronted she made excuses and then disappeared without a word. Now because of her I have to go in for a second appt

Went there for an eye exam to make sure my glasses were fine also if their was any infection. Turned out my glasses axis was off when I originally purchased them from Costco and weren't adjusted properly. The optomitrist was really nice and friendly! She was very relaxed and cool. We've solved the problem and that my perscritpion wasn't so off from the old one. Highly would recommend! Very relaxing and professional! Dont know about the 1 stars but my experience was great!
