The technicien and optometrist were excellent and very reassuring, however the secretary that greeted me was highly unprofessional and moody. She ruined my experience and made me late by 20 minutes while trying to cut corners because she wanted to go home. All the while she was very helpful to the one patient who was not only an hour late but also took over my time slot. When confronted she made excuses and then disappeared without a word. Now because of her I have to go in for a second appt
Went there for an eye exam to make sure my glasses were fine also if their was any infection. Turned out my glasses axis was off when I originally purchased them from Costco and weren't adjusted properly. The optomitrist was really nice and friendly! She was very relaxed and cool. We've solved the problem and that my perscritpion wasn't so off from the old one. Highly would recommend! Very relaxing and professional! Dont know about the 1 stars but my experience was great!

newlook with no optician… really?
Ordered two pairs of glasses, with the delivery promise of two weeks. After a few times calling them, they confirmed I could pickup after 18 days. On pickup day, one pair was good, but for the second one, they built on a wrong frame! Then they said it would take another 4 days. The delivery date passed and no news yet! Do not go to newlook! Update: I did send an email to newlook, as they requested, I got no answer. The customer is the last priority for newlook!
