Cancelled the tour at 9pm the day before, so we had no choice but to take a refund. Waited 8 days with no refund only to have to provide photographic evidence of our reservation, to which it was said ‘oops we missed the refund we’ll do it right away’. It’s been 8 more days and is now with my credit card in dispute. I heard the trips are A+ which we unfortunately didn’t get to experience but beware of last minute cancellations and lack of refunds
We went out with Capt Bill and his daughter Emily and they were top notch. I would highly recommend them as they were full of knowledge about the area and it was non stop action catching Cod, Pollock and mackerels. Very professional and a great experience!
Avoid these guys if you’re on tight timelines. They cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and sent our plans in a tailspin. Tried to resolve and provide alternative arrangements and they were not receptive.
Be weary. They cancelled on very short notice and provided no options to rectify.
