Tammy came and did a Reiki, healing Touch and Chakra Alignment while I was at an Imagine Equus Farm Retreat (Dec 29, 2024). I purchased the Sweet Dreams and Magnesium spray months ago in hopes to find a replacement solution to help me sleep. I have been taking Melatonin. When I ran out of melatonin, I remembered buying the sprays! I’ve been using for about two weeks. I can honestly say that I’ve been able to fall asleep and sleep longer through the night! I feel rested in the morning without the sluggish meditative feeling from sleep aids.

Absolutely amazing! I’ve had asthma since I was a kid and I’ve noticed it’s gotten worse this year. I was using an inhaler and it somewhat worked, but really didn’t solve my issue.
